Press your eyes

This is one of the most effective and refreshing eye exercises. To perform this eye exercise, all you need is a little inhale and exhale. Put all your fingers on your eyelids and press lightly. Use a bit of gentle pressure and hold them for 10 minutes. Slowly, let go of your eyes and keep them close for a few seconds. Keep them open for a couple of seconds as your vision comes back in focus. Try to do it at least 10 times a day.

Continuous usage of contact lenses can cause eye damage. To reduce the strain, perform a 20-20-20 rule thatโ€™s simple and effective. So, every 20 mins, take a short 20 min break and focus on a wall 20 feet away continuously. This will increase your vision and concentration.
